PAYMENT POLICY

• Rates include V.A.T. and local tax
• To secure your booking, a non-refundable deposit of 30% is required upon confirmation.
• The remaining balance must be paid 30 days prior to arrival via a secure payment link that will be sent to you by our bank.
• If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, full payment is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
• Transaction fees are paid by the client.
• Accommodation Tax: €15 per night

CANCELLATION & DATE CHANGE POLICY

• The 30% deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances.
• If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival, no further payment is required.
• If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.
• Date changes are allowed, subject to availability and possible price adjustments.
• In case of full payment:
  • If cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival, 70% of the total amount will be refunded.
  • If cancellation occurs less than 30 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.

• Filling our Contact & Request Forms: In order to make a reservation and to ensure that we can communicate with you, you will be asked to fill in your personal information such as first name, last name, email, phone number, which we will not transmit them in anyone third.

When you make a reservation, you will be asked to complete online booking form providing: your first name, last name, business or private email, phone number, address, zip code, city, country and reservation preferences. These information are essential to book and complete your reservation (including the sending of a confirmation email of the booking to you). These details will be stored on a secure server and encrypted and may be used by us to facilitate and personalise future transactions and bookings with you.

The IP address through which the PC has access to the Internet and then to the website is used solely for gathering statistics.

Our website includes external links to other websites, which are not controlled by us but by third parties (natural or legal persons). Under no circumstances is our website responsible for the privacy policy that these websites follow.  We encourage you to review and understand their privacy practices before providing them with personal information.
